........... FEDERER'S TEARS

FEDERER'S TEARS ... ... ..

first thing I have to admit that one of the sports that have always practiced and excited me most was the tennis. Throughout these many years and from my youth I enjoyed more time with technical game with force, with aesthetics than with the effectiveness, that clay surfaces such as concrete or grass, and that surely because of my physical conditions the latter would be more appropriate. That is why my players were admired Sampras, Lendl, Wilander, Borj is that the Orthodox in the game and not Agassi, McEnroe and Becker, while recognizing the great players who have been. Among the English course Santana, Higueras, Orantes, Bruguera and much more. English
If not, I am convinced that developing the game would be a bigger fan of Federer than Nadal, but I have to say I love the personality and character of Rafa. I still keep my retinas the image on the Conde de Godo of 2003, the scowl and the greeting given him to elusive Alex Corretja before being eliminated by him. Rafa Nadal was in its pure state. Today I have to praise the great humanity of Rafa and what a great champion who is winning the mind but also it has great sportsmanship and humility that makes gala. Congratulations for that.
wanted to stop but in the tears of Roger Federer Federer has won 13 Grand Slam tournaments, only one that got Pete Sampras, has failed to be crowned champion at the clay courts of Roland Garros where Nadal collects most its 6 Grand Slam. Roger is still long, just 25 years, but the tears we passed or so it seemed sense to me, that his reign comes to an end, his career is in decline and that from now should start thinking and play differently. For some years, I've heard several times, including Rafa Nadal himself, it was a pity that Rafa would have coincided with Roger Federer because it had won more titles by now. The tide has changed and is now Federer says something like that. Lurking are other players, the Scot Murray, Djokovic and irregular newly joined the elite Fernando Verdasco. It is rather ironic that you are talking about now being exploited Verdasco as a player, just as it is the same age as Federer. While the latter seems to be retreating Fernando appear to be starting to climb way up the charts steadily.

In the business world, it often happens something like that, and instead thinking about what psychological moment the person is "throw" of biological age to indicate what will be the performance of the person and to try to locate each one in a place that probably does not belong or does not want to be. Roger Federer is not finished, is a great player who is going through a time when others had to suffer in his career depends on him and only him, and the psychological strength to overcome it. We'll see what happens, but the season just started going to yield some fantastic sporting moments. Only a small piece to complete, during the final Federer won the Australian Open rather than Nadal, the only difference is that they chose or did not get the really critical to achieve victory.
Nadal reminds me much these leaders, Jim Collins in his excellent book "Good to Great" (Good to Great), known as "Level 5"

luck to both and we love this sport.
